Beverly Hills Flowers Trading LLC (“BHR”) owns and maintains https://beverlyhillsroses.ae/ website (“Site”). This Delivery Policy governs use of the Site and all its divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliate operated Internet sites.

We have flower delivery in UAE on all days of the week, from Monday to Sunday.

We have same day flower delivery in Dubai for orders received until 7 PM. For same day flower delivery in Sharjah & Ajman please order before 4 PM. Our delivery timings are 10 AM – 10 PM in Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman.

For same day delivery in all other Emirates, please order before 9 AM. Our delivery timings are 2 PM – 10 PM in all other Emirates.

Friday flower delivery is between 10 AM – 1 PM and 3 PM – 10 PM.

We will ensure that we do our best to deliver as per your instructions. On the checkout page, you can choose the delivery date and time slot required. You can also provide the delivery address and other relevant details.

If you would like to collect your order from any specific location; please let us know and we will arrange accordingly.

On special occasions, holiday deliveries and customized arrangements, please order at least 48 hours in advance. While we accommodate your requests, we cannot however guarantee the delivery time on these special days. Additional charges will be applicable for a fixed delivery time on regular days.

We do accept last minute requests, however these flower arrangements are subject to availability. For any urgent flower delivery requirements in UAE, please call or chat with us on +971 55 400 8588 to check availability before placing your order.

Normally we do not call the receiver before delivery, to keep the surprise. If we have not received full delivery address, we may call the recipient before the flowers leave our premises to make sure the delivery is fresh, and delivered on time. However, we do not share any details of the order.

We may change or update this Delivery Policy occasionally to meet new requirements and standards. We reserve the right to modify our Delivery Policy at any time. Therefore, customers are encouraged to frequently visit this section to know about the changes. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
